Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    You may request to return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date. *Orders placed through third-party incentivized platforms such as TapJoy are subject to verification. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed to obtain virtual rewards under false pretenses. Misuse may result in disqualification from reward programs.
  • Condition:
    Returned items must be in the same condition as received, free from damage and signs of use.

Refunds

  • Processing:
    If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    If an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost to you.
