What is Irish Sea Moss?
An edible ocean plant containing 92 of the 102 nutrients and minerals in the human body, including iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamins A, K - all nutrients that nourish the skin! Applied topically, it has been shown to HYDRATE, PLUMP, TIGHTEN, and BRIGHTEN the skin while refining pores and providing healthy nourishment.

Where does Irish Sea Moss grow?
Much of the world’s harvested Chondrus Crispus comes from the shores of Ireland and the northern Atlantic coastal region down to the Caribbean; however, Chondrus Crispus can be found all over the planet, from the coast of Japan to the coast of Peru.

Known as the "Collagen of the Sea" and the “King of Sea Mosses”, Chondrus Crispus grows on marine rock and holds the densest nutritional profile and strongest potency in comparison to other commonly used sea moss species like Eucheuma Cottonii or Genus Gracilaria.
Can I use all cMOSS BEAUTY™ products together?
Yes, of course! For best results, we recommend allowing each product to fully absorb before applying the next, due to the high-potency Irish Sea Moss concentrate within.

Can I make Irish Sea Moss gel at home?
Absolutely! Once obtaining your sun-dried Irish Sea Moss, we recommend using Chondrus Crispus, you can prepare it by soaking or boiling it in spring water and blending. It is a personal preference and both methods will provide you with nourishing goodness - internally + externally!
Pro Tip: If making the gel to consume, add a key lime or two to your soaking water to ease any ocean-y flavor.
