My love story began when I was led into a passionate affair with Irish Sea Moss (Chondrus Crispus),an iodine and nutrient-rich edible ocean plant which brought health and vitality back into my life after having my thyroid fully removed and undergoing radioactive iodine treatment in my mid-thirties.
