Irish Sea Moss is a nutrient-rich edible ocean plant which holds up to 92 of the 102 essential minerals in the human body, including potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, and iodine, along with vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, B12, C, D, E, and K, - all nutrients necessary for healthy, youthful, radiant skin!

A Kitchen-to-Laboratory Grassroots Story

Our founder's story is at the heart of the cMOSS Beauty® brand.

While seeking to regain her vibrancy after undergoing a full thyroidectomy + radioactive iodine treatment, Laurie was introduced to making Irish Sea Moss gel in her kitchen and started eating it daily.

Immediately, she experienced a new radiance and began to feel alive again.

After consuming the gel for some time, curiosity led her to apply the gel to her face like a mask, and WOW, instantly brighter, tighter, dewier skin!

From there, Laurie teamed with a longtime colleague in the beauty marketing industry and a prestigious US based cosmetics laboratory to create cMOSS Beauty®.

Can I use all cMOSS BEAUTY® products together?

Yes, of course! For best results, we recommend allowing each product to fully absorb before applying the next, due to the high-potency Irish Sea Moss concentrate within.

In addition to the superfood kick your skin will get from the Chondrus Crispus, our products are made with natural ingredients, real botanical extracts, active components, and contain ZERO parabens, talc, mineral oil, nor D4, 5, or 6; and are Vegan & Cruelty-free. 

Can I make Irish Sea Moss gel at home?

Absolutely! Once obtaining your Irish Sea Moss, we recommend using Chondrus Crispus, you can prepare it by soaking or boiling it in spring water and blending. It is a personal preference and both methods will provide you with nourishing goodness - internally + externally!

Pro Tip: If making the gel to consume, add a key lime or two to your soaking water to ease any ocean-y flavor.
